This is my very first cycle, I have been told to take the dose all at once first thing in the morning. Is there a better way?

split the dose throught the day, ie if its 15 mg, and they are 5 mg pills, take 5 mg in the morning, 5mg in the noon, 5 mg at night.

you want to keep the levels in oyur body stable...
