The Actual Bread
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Large Ripe Bananas, mashed
3/4 Cup Sugar (I used Splenda)
2 Egg Whites, beaten
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
1 Tbsp. Light Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Walnuts, your preference) chop slightly more than a 1/2 Cup because you'll need some for the topping.

The Topping
1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Butter (I used Smart Balance)

The Actual Bread
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients (except sugar), and mix well. Next, in a separate bowl combine the bananas, sugar, egg, applesauce, and sour cream, mix well. Stir dry ingredients into wet, slowly. Grease Pan with Pam or butter (Smart Balance) and pour in mixture.

For Topping: Combine cinnamon, flour, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and then add chopped nuts.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375.
