bananas, do they have their place in my diet?

I love bananas and apples, I use apples before i workout for some time now and it is a staple in my diet.

As far as bananas, can i throw one banana in with my breakfast would that be a good call? Or can i get away with doing this more than one meal.


Do alot of you guys like to throw bananas in your meals?
 
As long as you eat the correct amounts of carbs, fats, and protein, you can eat bananas. Are good for breakfast, before workout and PPWO.
 
I like bananas but I usually have them earlier in the day, that way I tend to burn off most of the sugar in bananas.

It's all about what your goals are and how your body reacts to certain foods or food combinations. If it works for you, go for it.
