Basic Exercises...Basicly Wrong???

quick note on the bent over rows, i have found most people in the gym do little to no lower back work. This is why their fucking lower back hurts. If they would strengthen their lower back like they do their bis, their lower backs wouldn't hurt doing them. You have to have a proportionally strong lower back to be able to bend over and do these. And i mean bend over, not like the shrugs that i see most people trying to pass off as bent rows.
 
BTW i think he uses the ab blaster eletronic stimulator as his main workout tool these days ,ASSHOLIO...........
