Been a long time. Advice with DIFFERENT type of cycle.

Hello,

I used to be a power lifter years ago (12-15 yrs ago) and did 3 cycles early on when I was in my 20s. I no longer workout to get big and strong. I just do it to stay in shape 3-4 times a week and besides I no longer care for lifting again. My problem is I'm 43 now and all the retarded things I did as a youngster are possibly catching up. Jumping out of planes (I was 11B in the army attached to a Ranger Battalion) doing heavy squats and power cleans with very little warmup etc etc..you know the stupid shit we do when young.

I now teach guitar and shoot in competitions and my shoulder, forearm and elbow kills me and keeps me from doing the things I love like shooting. I'm going to start a cycle of Test E 250mg (one shot) a week with one shot of Deca 300. In the past Deca has helped with my little pains and aches and now I have this pain in my elbow that's been giving me problems so I'm doing a cycle to see how it goes.

I don't care to get bigger or stronger at all, I just want all this bullshit little aches and pains to go away. They're not major injuries but they get in the way and I'm tired of popping ibuprofen 2-3 times a day when they come. One of my questions..is there something better I could be taking for rehab type or for joints? I have no problem getting a lot of stuff because I know so many people that still do steroids and I want some input to see if there's a better choice than Deca and Test E for what I'm after.

The main one that increase collagen are eq, Anavar (var) , primo, and deca. You could throw in some Anavar (var) along with the deca. Those are the mains one to choose from.
 
Btw, avoid pain meds especially if your cycling. Those OTC pain relievers only provide temporary relief, but shred up the liver and kidneys long term.
 
OTC pain meds like Aleve or aspirin are fine when taken in moderation.

Aches and pains are here to stay..proper stretching and warming up are essential compenents to your training now more than ever.

I used to squat.
1 plate
2 plates
3 plates- a belt
4 plates. knee wraps
5 plates a suit.

Same with bench

Now I start with the bar..25 s, 45 s, 185, 225 to failure..

Slow down.

Run your test and deca at least 1-1.
 
Thanks for the replies. Believe me I've been trying to stop with the Ibuprofen but it does help. They're just small RSI type injuries and can't work through the pain anymore because it'll just lead to bigger problems.

I've been out of it for a long time and came from the days of Sustanon 250 and Primoteston (my favorite back then). Now there's so many of them I don't know what "VAR" is. I know EQ is Equippoise correct? I was told that was really toxic back in the day. :shoot5:

Believe it or not my injuries are not from lifting unless I start doing doubles and triples. Most come from playing guitar all day and loading magazines at the range. Stupid knots all over the traps and now possibly bursitis on elbow.

All I do now when I squat is 2 plates for reps and only 205 for reps on the bench. just to stay in shape.

"1-1" Meaning the same amount as far as CCs or the same milligrams?

Yes, eq is equipoise and Anavar (var) is ana Anavar (var) . It's actually one of the most mild orals as far as toxicity wise. It has to be ran longer than the typical dbol or anadrol kickstart (4 weeks in beginning of test cycle is a kickstart). What Teutonic means is to run the same amount of deca as test. This means you could go 400mg test and 400mg deca. Good luck

I have to chime in here. Ana Anavar (var) IS mild yes, but from personal experience it gives me bad bloody noses, high BP, and I'm sure my HDL/LDL is fucked up if I were to get it tested.

Be careful when taking orals. I get the same sides with dbol.. high bp, bloody noses etc but not as bad as Anavar (var) . So in my case Anavar (var) is about the same on the side effect profile as Dbol. Both at 50mg per day.

Just letting you know Anavar (var) is known to be "mild" but it certainly does have side effects just like any other oral
 
And sorry but the whole liver toxicity thing is blown a little out of proportion. Whether you take dbol or anavar for 8 weeks, they will do about the same amount of damage.

I don't know why people think that because anavar is mild it is less bad for your liver.
 
Also I recommend taking glucosamine for your joints. A friend of mine had bad joint problems and he started taking glucosamine and within a couple weeks he was all healed up. Good stuff

I've been reading a lot and I'm beginning to pick up on some things but honestly I'm a little confused...more than ever. Some recommend different things for PCT and some threads on it even end up with some argument so it throws me off. I have Clomid for my PCT if I even need it.

The question I have for now is that I keep reading to keep Deca and Test E 1:1 (like it has been suggested here) or at least more Test than Deca but I have 300mg of Deca and 250mg of Test E. Now common sense tells me to just do an 1/8" more of the Test E on the syringe or there abouts. Is this alright or retarded? Also, I don't think 50mgs more of Deca is a problem but I just talked to my friend and he called me all types of retard and that I should at least have more Test E. Yes or no?

It's going on my 3rd week and I'm already gaining a lot more than what I wanted to gain. Already getting that full, round 3d look to my body. Elbow is feeling better but if I'm like this after 3 weeks I can only imagine after 6 weeks.

I know this will be the most retarded thing here in years because this is a retarded cycle (wasn't meant to get big or bulk up and I approached it like a fucking moron in my hurry to get my elbow well) but I don't want to gain that much. Don't want to lose it all and crash after cycle but I like the way my joints feel. I was shooting for 5 lbs max of muscle gain only that's why I kept the Test E at only 250mg a week.

I was also told to go on Winstrol and drink the stuff? ?? After the cycle along with the Clomid. Drink Winstrol..that's fucking funny.
