Hey guys..been a while since I posted on here. I believe it was some time over the summer. Anyhow, i'm glad to be back. I just wrapped up my LAST semester of school (well, undergrad at least) and so i'm back home and ready to get back into the swing of things. I didn't hit the gym much at all over the past months due to school, but i'm kicking things into high gear soon. Gonna start cutting over the next 6-8 weeks to drop about 10 pounds and get some strength back. I figure around mid Feb. or so, I'll start my first cycle which I have had planned out now for almost a year! Can't wait. feels good to be back

Thanks a lot guys! Can't wait to get around to seeing what everyone has been up to and whatnot.

I studied kinesiology at Penn State..great time. I'm currently wrapping up applications to med school.

kines .fuck dude. that's way too hard for me. I settled for exercise science, but I'm changing my major to health ed lol. I'm not the smartest guy, nor the most inclined in school, so I gotta make do with what i got.

You learn anything about steroids and the endocrine system in school lol

anyways, good job and good luck on getting into med school.

I helped train the mens and womens volleyball teams..

I worked as a research assistant in a neurophysiology lab studying the affects of exercise and postural changes on catacholamine levels

worked at health services with nurses and physicians treating patients..assisted on some minor surgeries/injuries

worked at the fitness assessment center conducting fitness tests on individuals following ACSM guidelines for exercise testing..test included submax vo2 tests, strength/endurance/flexibility, etc.

also was a physiology lab instructor..

not to sound cocky or anything, but it was the PERFECT field for me and i made the most of my opportunities..made sure i got incolved with whatever i could. i learned so much..only can help me now! :biggthump
