Been out of the game for a while ... questions about protein powders

Had to stop lifting back in December of 04 due to a few injuries. Now I am back and trying to get back to where I was! Finally!

I used to be happy with the following proteins ...
Nectar, EvoPro, MuscleMilk, Anabolic Milk, Optimum Nutrition egg protein, Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey 5lb, ProteinFactory custom blends, and IsoPure zero carb.

Now I see that Optimum Nutrition has 100% Whey GOLD STANDARD. Is this the same as the old one with a fancier name? Is it still great quality protein for the price?

I don't think I will be taking MuscleMilk or Anabolic Milk this time around. I was planning to just use Nectar, ON 100% Whey, and an egg white - micellar casein blend from protein factory.

I heard of TrueProtein.com, but how does it compare with ProteinFactory?

Any others I should look into?

All I use is TrueProtein and I am quite happy.

I have used their TeamSkip blend
Ion-Exchange Isolate
Colf-Filtration Isolate
Complete Milk Isolate
Whey Concentrate

My favourite single protein was their Cold-Filtration Isolate. It mixed very very thin (consistency of water) and had no after taste.
