Before and after 250mg test cyp pics

So for first cycle on gear did 250mgs once a week. 12 week cycle

5'8
185lbs when I started
195lbs now

bf% was at 15%
12% now

Starting post cycle therapy (pct) next week with Nolva/Clomid and at the same time starting my cut with CLEN an T3. Comments are welcome...
I can't wait for my next cycle at 500mgs a week!

Well I can't make it to obvious in the job I do for a living. I still have to be able to run 3 miles in a desent amount of time. I think my gains are good. Next time I'm doing 500mgs. I can only imagine!!!
 
What about strength gains such as how much you gained on bench / squat

Damn good solid clean gains if you bumped up 10 lbs and dropped 2% bodyfat bro grats on that building muscle and losing fat at same time !
 
Do look a lil water heavy, was more cut before, not knocking ur gains if ur happy with it fuck everyone

For bench I went from repping 225x10 4 sete to 275 same thing. 4 sets 12,,10,10 10 and that's to start, incline I was 185x10 now I rep 225lbs.

SQUATS
went from 315lbsx8 3 sets 1 of 335x6 to 315x10 4 sets my last lift was 395 for 6 reps.

Yeah I do see some water retention, it's normal with cyp though. After post cycle therapy (pct) I should lose the water and it should be good.
 
good job bro. any advice on adding muscle and losing fat at the same time? what was your daily calorie target?

I did eat alot of fish, cut out most red meats only on weekends and like everybody says 6 meals a day. Chicken and brown rice was a daily thing. Cardio was 3 miles 3 times a week.
