before gym after gym??

i have 2 scoops of designer protein and oats before gym then after 2 scoops with banana? am i missing anything?
 
How about food? What you have for your Meals is more important than post workout snacks

True even though it's good to have whey b4 and after, with oats or banans again are both fine make sure that within an hour or so after u have your post WO shake u get a good balanced meal from whole foods, lots of good carbs and protein.
