I have noticed most of these threads have been started years ago with plenty of pages of replies.
I thought I would start a 2015 thread for a bulking diet.

What would you guys suggest is a good bulking diet for a guy that eats at 11am & goes to bed at 3am. I am 35, 6'2 217 lbs. I train 3-5 days a week (more often than not 4days)
Thanks in advance :D

I guess you wake up at 11.
Just follow a typical bulk. protein, carbs and fat. 6-8 meals a day. if you are too full to eat , drink egg whites. Rice and sweet potato are your friends.
Keep frozen wild flounder, shrimp and cod in your freezer. Family packs of chicken breast, thighes. Use a crock pot, rice cooker, bake your taters by the bulk.
MCT oil, coconut oil, PB or almond butter.
Bulking is the best!

Thanks Anzel.
Would you or anybody be willing to share a day or 2 worth of meals? I know some people replace a meal or 2 with protein shakes.

This was a typical day I used to do until my gutgot too out of control;

11am 3 whole eggs, 5-6 eggwhites, coffee.
2pm 200 grams of meat (chicken or beef)
4pm 6 tablespoons Kraft peanut-butter a glass of 2% milk
7pm 200gr fish & potato
8:30 Arnold Schwarzenegger's Iron Cres3 Creatine
9pm Gym
during work out: 1&1/2 scoop whey ISO protein, 1 scoop BCAA
11:30pm or 12am (training period generaly 1.5-2hrs 3-5 days a week)
Post workout Whey 1&1/2 scoop with 5gr standard creatine.
1:30 am hefty bowl of high protein cereal like Vector, Almonds.
Bed time 3:30 am.

What do you guys think?

Well heres a bit of what I been doing..

6 egg white & 3 wh. egg & 3/4 cup of steel cut oats

1 to 2 chicken breast , cup or so of rice, veggie (or I eat another breakfast)

3 flounder fillet, sweet pot and veggie

apple with PB and whey shake or carton of egg whites

chicken , fish or beef with either rice, potato or maybe a little pasta depending on dinner. and of course veggies

Cup Greek yogurt or 1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese

Almonds,PB,fruit thru the day. Quest pro bars in a pinch.

Sometimes I cant eat all my meals because of work or whatever so carrying around the almonds and quest bars and apples is always a good idea.

I kind of go against the norm when it come to bulking. I just eat everything in sight :)

Are you hard gainer? do you have a fast metabolism that allows you to eat whatever you want without getting fat?

The main thing to remember is you MUST eat more calories then you are burning each day or you will NEVER gain...no matter what!

Thanks guys for the tips.
I am an in betweener, my heaviest was 220lbs on a similar diet to what Anzel posted, 6-7 meals a day but my gut got too out of control. Now I stick to 3 meat meals a day with small snacks in between. I have been able to keep a 215-218 lbs weight with minimal gut.
I know if I stuck to the diet, I could have been over 230 by now but I did not like the way my gut looked & had to walk around sucking it in. I don't do fat burners either apart from my Humanofort.
Keep the replies coming guys, I appreciate it.
