Just looking to get some advice on a beginner cycle
But of background info
23 years
Lifting for 7 years
Nutrition is quite in check (weighed and recorded)
Approx 240g protein, 200-400 carbs (depending on high or low cal day)
50-80g fat
~10-11% BF
85kg

Just looking at putting a cycle together, not looking for crazy gains just 5-10lbs (10 if I was lucky!) but mainly increase size in lacking areas, increase vascularity an hardness.
I have 2g anavar, 1vial of test C and clomid, Nolva and arimidex (haha I know heaps of controls for a tiny cycle) not saying I'm gonna use it all, but just grabbed it in case.
Just looking for a short, mild cycle that will get some results but minimise negative effects/ shutdown etc.
Was thinking of going test c-200mg per week: weeks 1-10
And anavar 40mg ED weeks 4-10?
I'm not looking to be a massive bodybuilder so don't post that I should be hitting 500mg test per week etc
