Hello all, I am looking to start my first cycle and would like some opinions. I have done quite a bit of research (if I did nearly this much for college, I would have all "A"s). Anyways, I'm not necessarily looking to gain a lot of mass or waterweight that comes with high levels of test, but would more prefer to gain a lean muscle, maybe 5-10 pounds over a 10-12 week cycle at max.
My current info is as follows:
Age: 22
Weight: 192 weigh in the morning
Experience: 4 years of lifting
Experience with AAS: None
Goals: Lean Mass/ thin out and cut
Nutrition: Roughly 3500 calories/day, 250-300 Protein/day on average. I don't have a full schedule, basically whatever my girlfriend cooks for me, but I try to buy a lot of chicken and lean meat to keep it somewhat controlled. I don't eat fish or anything that swims, so I take daily fish oils as well.
I have a decent basic knowledge of the products after researching them from many websites, looking into buyer recommendations, and reading these forums over the last few weeks. I am not exactly sure what I want to run as a cycle and what I was as PCT either. I have seen a lot about Nolvadex, Proviron, HCG, and Clomid, for PCT, not sure which route to take or exactly how/when to take it.... many opinions seem to fluctuate, especially depending on the drug.
For a cycle, I was thinking of combing low amounts of Test E with Anavar. The test E would not necessarily be used for the gains, but rather so that I don't shut myself down. I was thinking .5 ml (250 mg) per week of Test E with 30-50 mg of Anavar/day.
That is my current thought on what I want to do, I am going to be ordering within a few days and am very likely to change my mind with some good advice, as I have done so many times just walking myself through it already. I have considered Primobolan Depot, Dianabol, Enantox, and a few others. I need to be careful on the hairline as I already have a receding hairline (which is partly my reason for low doses of Test).
I want to try to keep this as free of side effects as possible, but I know there are risks with any steroid.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
