beginner wants to try a cycle whats the best way to go ???? help please

Did you copy and paste? There are alot of non-spaced words. We're not here to attack you, something just isn't adding up to us. The only thing I can think of is what halfwit said about hyperthyroidism. There is no reason why you shouldn't be gaining. Do you eyes protroud out of your head (bugeyes), do you sweat alot? Are you skinny? If you have gained zero With that diet and workout routine I don't think AAS will help as you might have a medical condition. What are your T-levels currently?
 
Lets say the best case scenario is that was your post on the other forum and you are indeed consuming what you claim. Are you doing an extreme cardio routine along with your lifting. If so cut back on that and maybe do cardio 3 times a week and keep you're heart rate around 60%. Otherwise there should be no reason that you haven't put on some pounds. I myself weighed in the 160's, although I'm only 6'2, but in 3 years I've put on 40+ pounds, most of which being muscle, from just tweaking my diet and doing my time at the gym. So from one skinny guy to another, put in the work, eat and the weight will come.
 
I wouldn't waste my time big, he was simply a leecher who wanted info without putting in the effort to research his own cycle. That post was made 2 years ago AND he said he just typed it on his cell phone lol. Good advice though.

Well ain't that somethin.... OP u just need to eat man. There's no way in HELL u been eating like that and smashing the gym and u ain't gained no weight. Sorry man just not true.
