I just want to look good!
Right now I weight 205lbs, I am 6'2".
My goal is to gain mass, which I understand I have to consume MORE calories.
Anyone has any advice on how many calories to consume, foods to make the base of my diet and any additional information.
I have been working out for a year now, doing light cardio and light weights. I am TOTALLY interested in becoming a fitness model, and eventually get sponsored by Brands. While I have done some research about diet and such I'd like to know what you all think and can suggest. What is a clean diet?
