Beginning of a master peice

I a former college football player and now im trying to become a big weight trainer. I am around 6" 3' 244 but im not reall fat at least it doesnt look like it my body fat is around 12-15% but i carry my weight very well. Where should i start i have the frame for the weight but i really dont want to get any heavier in weight but bigger in muscle. What should I take, where should i start and what should i expect in the next 3 months? Some one said (Clen)? Please give me some feedback. I'm really serious asap please?
