So i decided i want to compete in a bench press and dead lift competition. Just for fun, i dont care where i place, i just want to do my best and I was wondering if anyone has any workouts directed towards a competition like that. I'm doing it on December 1st, so i have a good amount of time to prepare. I cant lift much, but i'll bust my ass to change that. I am looking for a full routine that will up both lifts. Thanks!
