bench press RX

I dropped 30lbs of muscle and my bench suffered. what is the best way to bring up a bench asap. the weird thing though is that my DB press is in the 110's. I was just wondering how to bring it up to a higher number without my shoulders taking over. every time i lift heavy I can feel my back and shoulders taking over

it refers back to my thread in the ana section. long story short,,,,,prop cycle, vial breaks and Im without gear and nolva for 2 weeks, and also gas goes off for 2 weeks and i have to pay a 500$gas bill making it so i couldnt eat for a week cuz i didnt get groceries

Ok I went back and read that thread. How long have you been back eating properly? Obviously your diet is the main issue and by putting the weight back on that you lost will help with your strength.

Yeah, I think you'll just have to be patient. There is no way that you be able to lift as much after losing that much weight so rapidly. Just keep putting the calories in and build up the weight. Your strength should return accordingly.

shoulders and lats are part of the benching you should be using them
im not sure what you mean by the DB comment.are you trying to say that youve used the 110's for te same amount of reps before dropping the weight?

if thats the case DB's may not give you good carryover to te bench..it should but its possible you use them in a different ROM than you do a BB

just start benching again and getting ur diet in order like aboot said

Even if a guy weighed 280 previously, that 30 pounds of muscle is probably 35-40 pounds total and thats a shitload of weight to lose... your numbers are going to suffer yes. I'm tall and even losing 20 pounds TOTAL is a huge and very noticeable amount.
