Bench prob

I have been doing flat BB and incline DBs for a month now and my bench has not increased 165 my cousin has went from 175 to 200 doing the exact same workout sets/reps. Anyone have an idea on what I should do?
 
Probably a routine change would be good, and of course making sure form is dead on to me is important especially as you lift more and more.

25 pounds in 4 weeks is very good, I remember for me 5 pounds a week was about the best I could muster naturally, and that was way back when.
 
what does your routine look like right now..just because it worked for your cuz doesnt mean it will work for you..
