benching competition

I am getting ready for another bench competition and I do mine raw because I don't like benching shirts and I was wondering what I could do to sky rocket my bench a bit.
 
A good periodization program, and train your weakpoints. Look into metal militia. They're some of the world's strongest bench pressers.
 
Metal Militia train primarily for shirted lifts though. So that might not be your best bet. If I were going to do a raw comp, I'd probably stick w/ a WSB hybrid, focusing on getting the bar off my chest.
 
i am working with a guy for my first amature meet, and he has me on a gig like this for bench...

3 light sets of 10 for warm up and stretch..generally like 135 slow and a bit wider then my grip will be on the meet..then we do a set of 3, then 2, then, 1 then 1 again, then 3 and then 2 and then 1 again...and we are going up 10 pouds a week..hopefully...so far so good...with the correct pauses and ass on the bech...i dont use mucjh of an arch with me back..and i use a closer grip to work my tris in better...
