Hi guys, Im just finished with my cut and began cleanbulking for a couple of days but I was wondering the following : I train every day, just weightlifting nothing else, and after that dont do much regarding burning calories.
What multiplier should I use based on my goal to gain minimal fat and gain lean muscle?
My BMR is 2030 calories every day
