Ok, so a 21g needle is easier to draw up with, but is a 21g any better than say a 25 or 27g pin for injecting? Reason I ask is 21g pins HURT

Uh... NO! Unless you like pain. Some people say there is less tissue damage going from like 29g to 25g due to the stream coming out of the tip with such force but I don't even agree with that. I use a 29g, 1/2, and even pushing the plunger as hard as possible, I can't squirt it... just a drip. I personally also just draw with the 29g. Takes about a minute, but whatever.

21g... jesus christ... I literally can't even look at a needle that big. You might as well be donating blood.

I use 20g to draw and 23g to inject. I like this method.

21s too big man, lol, youll rnd up with a lot of scar tissue if you keep up with that for any lengthy period of time. I use 23, i used to use 25 but found it to be too much of a pain in my ass to inject, takes waaaaay to long to get er all in!

Yep, I use 23 to inject, not painful and the oil moves through pretty well.

I have just got a load of 27g's......Does not hurt that much, well if at all but trying to get the gear through it once it is in my ass is near on impossible......May try a 25g and see if that is better as tried getting 0.5ml of Prop through earlier with the 27g but the gear was not coming out, managed to get about 0.2ml in to me.

Same here, 23G and that's as big as I'll ever go for injecting (short of running out of pins and having to use some of the 18G harpoons I have sitting in the cupboard).

I have in the past bud......It did sting a bit, an eye watering experience!

Tried with a 27g earlier but the oil was just not going through once in my butt.....I have some 25's here so may try with that on my next shot day being Wednesday as using Prop at the mo', getting on ok with it apart from Prop seems to sting more than Cyp or Enth. I have some Test Suspension here but don't think I will use that for TRT, lol!

Yep, can't even feel it if I go in at slight angle. I buy syringes with 23Gx1 needles, and then buy separate 18Gx1 needles to draw the test cyp up. When I first saw the 18g needles, I thought I had to stick myself with them! I said to myself, wtf, no way! Then the doctor explained that this was just to draw the oil into syringe.

Would a 3/4" (0.75mm) length needle be long enough to do an IM? I do the shots on my delts and quads, both of which are lean.

You shouldn't have a problem with one inch, unless you are really under developed in those areas.

I was worried at first to. However, there is plenty of room.

I use 1/2" on those areas and it works fine (my definition being there is no visible or palpable lump, pip is basically nonexistent, and nothing comes back out). However, I inject 0.5mL or less, it may not work as well for higher volumes.
