Wanted to pick some of this up. Been using c4 extreme for pre work out but from what ive been reading the small amount of creatine nitrate every other day isn't enough.

C4 is a solid pre-workout; really like the flavoring and the ingredients.

I'd just pick up creatine monohydrate, personally. All the studies are done on it and it's dirt cheap. ~5g/day will be sufficient and very cost-effective.

I agree, personally I use Muscle replenisher post workout which has creatine mono, protein, carbs, and extra aminos all in one.

I actually use the same.

I dose mine at 3 scoops and then on high volume and Max-OT lifting days, I add another ~80g dextrose to my shake. It's nice to have it all in one.

Then on my off days, I just use regular mono powder or Power Chews creatine if I need a snack/am cutting.

Not a creatine fan unless in igf. Beta alanine + n2amp

Amp does have cee too but I only have 5 caps instead of 8 so it's mild

CEE turns into creatinine too fast and is not ph balanced.

Use a creatine mono, gluconate, orotate, chelate etc....

use it with True Nutritions glucose disposal agent with KarboLoad post workout or Pre workout

I would also consider Creatine HCL. It is the only Creatine that I have ever felt, and I used to argue that nothing but mono was worth any money. it has been the only product that changed my mind.
