No one thing is "best" and its gonna depend on the rest of your routine, recovery ability and many other things. Id say that for the average guy, that above routine is just too much volume. Right now Im doing one of IA's waved volume routines listed on his home board, heres a link for other routines to look at:

i really think flyes are worthless if you are doing them right ten you most likely will not be using very heavy Dbells..
about the only thing i think they are good for is injury prevention-its a good way for heavy benchers to work the pec/delt tie in
