Best combo to supplement a TRT dose for lean muscle growth / lose fat

I just started TRT in June and am getting dialed in. I’m at 60mg E3.5D, which put my trough at 1150TT (yeah I know that’s high but my Dr is good with it, so I’m going to let it ride for a while). I’m also taking .25 Adex E3.5D to keep E2 in check.

I’ve never run a cycle and or done anything besides OTC stuff. During my TRT self-education process I’ve become more comfortable with AAS and SERMS, Peptides.

Looking for advice on what would be the safest compliment to my current TRT dose to gain lean mass / lose fat? I’m a current client of 3J’s carb cycling program so diet and training are spot on.

Currently looking at a small dose of Decca to help with a sore elbow / lower back– 100mg per week. What else should I be looking to add?

Thoughts?

Only make one change at a time. If you want to go with Deca do at least 200mg/wk for therapeutic benefits.

Mod-grf and Ipamorelin peptides might be worth a try to boost your HGH levels which should help with fat loss.

T3 is a option for fat loss since you are on TRT.

Again only one change at a time so you can diagnose and manage complications.

deca for joint s is good

very low dose tren like 1/2 cc m w f melted fat for me but tren is not for everyone laddie

My best old man cycle was last dec-march---trtx2 plus prop/tren 1/2 cc each m w f but as mega said...one thing at a time

Yeah I agree with Mega... add in one compound at a time, and stick with that compound for a few months to learn what effects it makes to your body, your TRT regimen etc...
Deca certainly help me with my knees and elbows - I run 250mg a week in the summer and I'm considering bumping this up a bit more in the winter as the cold affects my joints.

Depending on how often your bloods are checked, you might also fancy blasting the Test dosage. Simply doubling up your Test can make a huge difference, but be careful not to let this coincide with your doc's tests.

One other thing as a side note...
Now that you are on TRT - I'd look to start donating blood, it's great for getting the RBC down and keeping HCT under control.

Oh, and if you aren't on it already, 5mg Cialis daily will help with blood pressure and address any enlarged prostate issues that may arise with TRT.

Hope this helps man

Tren A FTMFW!

If I were you I would wait a good bit longer. I wouldn't jump on adding compounds since your trying to get your body back to working properly. When I started TRT the first year transformatin was great. The energy and drive to be in the gym and excercise changed my body alone.

Its going to take longer than a few months to get really dialed in.

Doh!

I missed the part where you said you only started TRT in June!

It takes a while to get your TRT protocol dialed in (18mths for me) - I'd seriously avoid jumping on other compounds until you have settled on to a plan that works.

Megatron,

You mentioned using mod-grf and ipamorelin for raising GH and fat loss, which is what I have been using along with my TRT. What do you think about using IGF1-Lr3 instead for the same purposes, would the effects come sooner? Being that Ipamoreling and Mod-Grf help stimulate the release of IGF1, so instead of waiting for that process you directly raise IGF1? If that would work, what would be the dosing and timing.

Interesting.. how has mod-grf and ipamorelin been working out for you? Have you noticed a difference?

As for being patient - At this point I'm self educating on options. It also takes time to acquire items as well. I understand I'm just beginning my journey and am looking for something mild to start when the time is right.

Also - yes I give regularly to the red cross. At my last dr visit my RBC was creeping up. I just donated blood last week so should be good now.

I don't know. I have not researched IGF1-LR3 extensively.

I thought u ran like 200-300 cruise PW? I remember seeing a old post of urs

Not these days bro. I had a heart transplant 18 months ago. Endo prescribed trt now. Caught some virus and went into heart failure.
Before that, I stayed on for 4 years straight.

Is this from being on so long? Or just unlucky or genetics? I'm running 250 as a cruise. Lot of people call me crazy for running it at this dosage. Did u have any issues with the high cruise? Or just on top of ur bloods?

PS: sorry for offtopic OP

I've been using 100mcg of Ipamoreling, and 100mcg of Mod-Grf 1-29 3times a day (Upon waking, PWO, Bedtime). I recently stopped using it for about two weeks, so this is what I can tell you that I noticed during the time of not taking it. Of course that's not a long enough time to clearly realize all the differences, but still it's something. I want to note that I'm in a hypocaloric state.

- Even with being in a deficit my muscles are fuller while using. One of my weak points which are my shoulders stood out more while using regularly.

-I noticed just in the last two weeks that I don't appear quite as lean. This could be due to a little more water retention or something. I don't believe I've actually gained fat during that period of time.

- For me it really keeps me in a slightly lethargic state all the time. About a week in to not using it my energy levels sky rocketed back to where they normally are. This makes me question if I want to continue using these peptides. I really liked having my energy back, especially in the gym. Sometimes it's a struggle while on. I really do like the affects on my physique, and my skin. My skin is really soft.

Those are the main things I've noticed.

I had the same prob with tbol. Felt tired. But once I came off it my energy went back to normal but I felt so damn good. My workouts were better!! I say if it makes you lethargic stay away. Even if you lose a little gains you can make up for it with more intense training from having your energy back.

I am leaning that way, however I'm starting to experiment with only taking the PWO, and bedtime dose. Leave out the one I take when I get up. Maybe if I take it basically in the afternoon after my workout, and then the evening, then sleep, not take it until the late afternoon/evening again it won't affect me in the gym so much. I really do like the effects, so I'm going to try and find a way to continue use. Dropping one dose per day, would be better than dropping all 3.
