I personally like EZ-Curls and hammer curls for bi's. Just 3x12-8 each exercise and they are done.
For tri's I'll do close grip bench and behind the head rope extensions. 3x10-6 on the close grip bench and 3x12-8 on the rope should do the trick.
Delts I finish off after chest with some seated bb or db miltary press. Side raises and bent over raises as well.
Don't forget to include heavy dips in your chest routine as well. Really works chest, tri's and front delts very well.
