I had bad luck with glutes, but I was new to injections at that point so I think I need to try it again now that I am more familiar and comfortable with them.
Right now my favorites in order of preference are lats, delts and thighs.
i tried traps but it felt really strange and I have all sorts of neck and shoulder problems so I decided it's best not to do anything at all to irritate that area.
I also tried my tricep one and that was living hell; blew up like a balloon for a week, even my elbow was swollen!
