best protein powder source??

Its actually really good but being an odd flavour its not the best if your adding anything else to your shake other than berries I guess

I was going to say that had to be really interesting. I've had some strange flavors of whey before, and some just get downright nasty when mixed with almond milk. Kind of like that Trix Cereal flavor when left for too long - rainbow ass flavor lol.

I have been buying GNC's wheybolic xtreme 60 or whatever and it's a good product but I think its overpriced and im sure there is a way better deal out there.

is there like a protein source you guys know of where I can buy like a 50lb bag or something and have it shipped in the mail and get a really good discount on it?

best I can find is 10lb bag for 100 bucks from optimum nutrition on amazon

GNC products are crap, stay way from them. Try truenutrition.com, I usually buy 50lbs of pure isolate whey at a time.

Parker.

Truenutrition sells bulk protein, and you can custimize it with supplements.

Yep, used them before. Good stuff but they charge for everything like the scoop and even the container it comes in. By the time you add in all the extras just wasent worth it to.

I have used a ton of ON in my lifetime. The Extreme Milk Chocolate is a definite favorite. Trying out the Mocha Cappucino these days. It's decent. Disliked many of the other flavors.

Gram for gram, protein powder is still cheaper then cuts of meat, milk or cheeses around my neck of the woods. So I figure it's already cheaper / saving money whenever I have a shake. Nevertheless -- still good to get your protein from real sources of food.

I have tried a handful of protein powder brands, too. So far Trutein Cinnabun sticks out as a favorite. It really deserves the reputation it has in my view. It's decadent and has a good nutritional profile (not as carb rich as some of the other tasty protein powders).

Nothing good there except maybe some power bars. Atleast in my area.

Agreed. It's not even cheaper (as far as I could tell) as buying online. I'm not going to pimp any companies I use, but I get all my protein online and save a ton over buying locally at the chain stores.

I buy from Walmart on one occassion: travel. Whether I am on holidays with friends or visiting my parents -- I use Walmart protein as a go to source so I don't have to bother bringing supps with me. It's not great, it's not tasty, but it is doable for short periods IMO.

bodybuilding.com Dymatize Elite whey is my go to. Seems to be one of the cheapest (45$ for 5lbs) and its good shit. I would put money on the fact that it mixes better than any other protein you will find, plus it tastes good.
