Ok so im bulking and so far goin really good and im just wondering what the best post workout meal would be for bulking. And also is there a certain time after my workout that i should consume this meal i normally drink my shake right as im leaving the gym and then about 30 mins later i eat a heavy helping of chicken rice and brown gravy then a tuna cup mainly for the protein but im just wondering what some of you do? thanks
