best/safest oral???

anyone enlighten me on which is the safest oral only cycle to go on for mass?

can someone give me dosage aswell plz??

anavar is safest oral.....
for bulking it'd be between dbol and abombs.....dbol would be less bad
 
you scared of injections? or just not able to get them?
doing 3 months of an injectable like testosterone would be soooo much better than any oral for 6 weeks....plus less harmful on your body and easier to recover from

yes i hate injections!! i had bad xperience b4 so im deff gonna go for Oral only......

just need some info of xperinced ppl please..........
 
all experienced people are gonna say you needs injectables.....
i haven't heard too many success stories from orals.....
 
are you in some sport that has an event coming up that requries you to put on strenght or size in a short amount of time?
 
well without delving too much into it.....i have an occasion in about approx 2 months........so i need some info plz........i know deff injectables are far better but i must be able to get results from oral aswell?

thats why im asking which is best oral to go for and what dosage?
 
For mass you need food intake, add 1k calories on top of your current diet, that is per day.

If I were to do an oral cycle, it would be dbol. 20-25mg a day for someone your size, I still get great results from 25mg a day and I weigh over 100 north of you.

Food food food, drugs only do so much. Consider it a supercharger, it does't do much without the gasoline/petrol. No fuel delivery = no power, ping of death, kaboom.

ha ha..ye greaat info..thanx....my diet is quiet good...and training is aswell...having a week offf right now...but i see gains verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy slow...i can eat like a horse but mass is hard to gain for me.....thats why like you said i need this kickstart and true drugs only do so much!

so you think 25mg d/bol ED for 4 weeks and then post cycle therapy (pct) chlomid 3 weeks would do me any good?

mudge gave you good advice bro .and dont kid yourself into thinking that the dbol will make you huge because unless you change your eating habits and start shoveling it in NOTHING will make you grow .
 
Yep.... Food is the best oral anabolic you will ever find....

It's pretty easy to get at the supermarket too.

If you are dead set on doing some drugs to help you then like said before 25mg/day of Dbol will be plenty.... But you need to really eat... so many times small dudes have told me that they eat so much, that they can't eat anymore and all... Then I go over their diet with them and I find out that they don't eat anything that is good for them... 9x out of 10 they fill there diets with empty calories.

PROTIEN, PROTIEN, PROTIEN... That's the secret!

my suggestion would be to avoid the roids for now,you should be able to gain alot more weight naturally and imo if u started taking dbol it could limit your appetite which would kill any quality gains u might get from dianabol[or and 17aa oral steroid]

not to mention most of the weight u will gain will be water and will be lost post cycle.

eat big -get big simple!

Eat like a horse doesn't tell us much honestly, you have to count your calories if you are serious. Make up example meals and put them on 3"x5" cards, with caloric totals and macro breakdowns.

yea he eats like a horse, yet weights 135pounds...... :baby:
