Where do you guys order your supplements from? I was thinking of ordering from supplement-ology, they are the cheapest I have seen. Do alot people use them and what is their rep like?

i think islandsupplements.com have pretty good deals, and i buy ON whey from bb.com...but i also have tried trueprotein.com and i like them and they were good deal as well.

1000 grams. Now, how much do you take at one time?

I use this and take 3 grams before workout and 3 grams after workout. I also take 3 grams in the morning on non-workout days. Assuming I workout 5 days per week, this equals 36 grams per week....which equates to about 27 weeks worth of powder.

some companies will let you print off the prices on the internet and take them to the store for matching. :afro:
