Beverly Intl. Ultimate Muscle Protein. 80% milk protein wich is 80 percent casein and 20 percent whey. Its got a little Egg white protein to. The shake taste amazing and gets super thick like a milk shake ( the natural gums they put in it work wonders )

^^^I was going recommend a Milk Protein Isolate as well. The difference in texture between MPI and Casein is large, and MPI makes for a much better shake IMO.

Beverly's UMP is fantastic in water and the only liquid I use it in. UMP is really such an under radar supp but once you try it you'll see what I mean. djm's claim though has got my curiostiy and I think im goin to have to try it.

Never seen any data to support this. I've seen a study suggesting that it contributed to the growth of pre-existing tumors in mice, but any energy source will potentially do this. Cancer needs food too, so if you have cancer and you eat, it contributes to tumor growth.
