Best way to pay gear?

you're pretty much at the mercy of your source. Whatever they recommend.

In my opinion money gram is your best way. It is less than half of what you would pay for Western Union. I know others on here use their CC, but that is not someting that I would advise you to do. Make sure your source accepts money gram as some only accept WU.

I just use WU. CC is very risky IMO
