Its not a fancy gimmic, this is manufact. by BSN they are an excellent company. They just don't waste alot of $ on marketing, instead its spent on quality ingredients. And yes it does work. Pre contest its an excellent supplement for leaning out and vascularity

It is isoflavones and a wanna be glucophage, I have a hard time seeing the benefit of spending $40 for a bottle that lasts between 15-9 days of a product that no one has had good results with.

You dont need to take 6 a day especially once its in your system
