BF% before, during and after cycle

First lemme say that I take diet/ nutrition very seriously and I weigh and log everything I eat by the gram. I'm currently on a cut and I'm planning to hover a few weeks around maintenance when I'm done then start a test e/ var cycle (1st cycle).

Is there's a point in dieting down to 6% BF before starting a test e/ var cycle? And can I still take full advantage of my 1st cycle gains while staying under 10% BF by the end?

I'm not gonna have another chance to diet until at least 2 months after this cycle is done, so I wanna keep the fat gains at a minimum. I also know both test and var have fat burning properties on top, so is this nothing to worry about?
 
Ive actually read the when the body is deprived of nutrients for long periods, such as cutting down to 6%. It primes so to say the body for a bulk. Ive been out for four months with an injury and was going to try cutting down and in 8-12 weeks start a bulk. Well see how it goes. Goodluck.
 
We need to know your weight and height but yes I believe that you dieting down to a low bf will be to your best benefit in starting your cycle
 
whats your current weight and height?

I'm 5'11" was at 225lb before I started this cut, now down to 200lb. I think I may have to reach as low as 190 lb to get really shredded.

I've been dieting for 2 months, but I have frequent refeed days and I've had one refeed week in the middle.
