Bicep curl variation

I'm on a crazed mission to hugely increase the size of my arms. Have made some good gains in the last month or so. I have the genetics to get them very large but have never really fully concentrated on them.

I noticed a guy the other day doing curls where he layed face down on an incline bench, crotch in the seat of the bench and arms hanging down. Then he did concentrated curls.

Is the advantage to this that you are getting a huge pump of blood into the arms as you do the curls? Or would it just be a variation to mix in with all the other curl exercises???

My current routine is as follows - critique away! I do tris/bis on the same day.

Dips 3x8
Standing curls 3x6-8 50lbs

Skull crusher with 100lb dumbell, 3x8
Hammer curls 3x8 45lb

Bench dips with 65lb dumbell in lap 3x8

I lost my motivation to do curls after I joined this forum. I mostly blame/give credit to pullinbig for this.

you want big arms, start rowing 405 then come back and tell me you aint got some big arms

and oh yeah never forget pullin and squating are the kings for overall mass

nothing wrong with hitting bi's twice per week after back work with 2-3 sets of heavy curls in the 8+ rep range

most of us here know that you dont need a full training day of bi/tri :druggie:

the triceps muscle is 3/5 of your upper arms.the biceps muscle makes up the other 2/5.you want big arms make the backs of em bigger.3>2!yeah you know you always got those cupcakes doing like 35 sets of curls with 12" arms, and they picked up lee priest's secret weapon to huge biceps from m&f.crotch in the seat curls!fukin a crotch in the seat curls.
