Bicep Peak?

its genetic. either your body is built that way where it has a peak or it does not. you cant shape the way the muscle grows. you can only try to increase the size.

is it true that if one is tall, like 6'5 that they will never be able to have that "ball" on thier bicep like most body biulders? instead having a long bicep instead of the "ball" or is it genetics and type excercises?

Totally not true haha, it's genetic but i would say the reason taller guys don't have that "ball" as much would be from longer limbs if i could guess. I'm 6' 4" and have a round bicep but it has more length than peak, kind of a blend of both which i'm glad i have. :)
