Iron Man
i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i am having. when i try to do single arm curls at a 10lbs , i can only hit 6 with my left arm.(and even that is very tough). but when i do bb curls i can do 70 for 6+.
but anytime i do bicep excercises i have to use very light weight and can only do minimal reps ( but my biceps are my best "feature"lol). sometimes it even hurts to do bicep training (feels like a pulling where my bicep connects to my forearm). any ideas why this is.
btw i have never really worked my bicep muscles that much on there own, usually got a good enough pump in them from back workouts.
