Help!!!
Ok here are my stats
29 years old
235 pounds
been lifting heavey for 2 years
idk body fat but prob about 20%
not fat but have little love handles
eating around 5000 cals per day
first cycle was sustanon 250 every 3 days for 12 weeks with nolva 3 weeks after last inject
gained 40 pounds and kept 30
great results and look like a completly different person
now im just looking for some advice on my second cycle
weeks 1-16
sust 250 again -250 e3d
deca- 300 1Xper week
weeks 1-4
d-bol 30 per day split up 10 in morn 10 at lunch and 10 in afternoon
or should i end the sust a little earlier or maybe start the daca after the d-bol
