Big Help needed PLEASE

hi all people of the board, i am new here and have started training (well about 4 months ago) i am 34 male and have about 30% body fat (at a rough guess) whats the best diet (and training to do) to lose fat and build up, i have had three weeks on Deca & sus 250 at 6ml a week i know its not a lot
but i am a complete novice at this. and would like some advice if this stuff is any good for me to be on whilst having so much body fat at the moment. thanks
 
First off, welcome to the board. I personally would suggest that you get your diet and training in check before you do any gear. You'd be amazed at what you can do once you've got a structured training program and eating plan.
Have you had your bodyfat tested or are you just guessing? If you're just guessing, I would suggest you go to your gym and ask if they can test it for you. Most clubs should have a trainer that can do that for you. Do be sure that you get it done by someone experienced in doing bodyfat. Ask them if they can do at least five site skinfolds instead of only three as you'll get a more accurate result.
Now, can you give us an example of what you're eating now and then we can make some changes for you where need be.
Also, how many days are you training now?
Your goal is to lose bodyfat correct?
I know it's a lot of questions, but the more we know, the more we can help. :)
One final question, are you using any other supplements now as well, such as fat burners, protein powder etc?

Congratulations on decided to change your physique for the better (health and appearance)! But honestly, you shouldn't be doing steroids. You will have no positive benefits from them, in fact with that much BF I would consider them dangerous. Also, steroids will not help you lose any fat, so there isn't any point anyways!

How much do you weight? what is your training like? what is your diet like? What are your goals? Give us all the info possible so we can help.
