Friday mornin I'm 243. Had oatmeal for brkfast. 2 chicken breast at lunch a banana. And 1/2 lb of turkey for supper and nothin else. Sat mornin I'm 249. Ate pretty clean all weekend. With one cheat meal and one carb reload meal. Monday 251. Do Y'all swing this bad?? Btw I run 750 mg of test every 5 days for tha last month. Have Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but have had no gyno problems. I train 5 days a week with cardio 30-60 min 4 or 5 of those days
