Using straps for deadlifting. Now I can't deadlift, do weighted pullups, do barbell shrugs, without them. What a fuckup 
Advice to anyone getting to the point where their grip is the weakest link - make sure you're doing grip work, don't start use straps, don't increase your deadlift until your grip can handle the weight.
