Biggest Mistakes

Using straps for deadlifting. Now I can't deadlift, do weighted pullups, do barbell shrugs, without them. What a fuckup :(

Advice to anyone getting to the point where their grip is the weakest link - make sure you're doing grip work, don't start use straps, don't increase your deadlift until your grip can handle the weight.

I agree I do not use my hooked gloves until I am on my heaviest set and my grip is exhausted. Wrist rollers will help build grip and I do not know what to call them but I use those grip developer squeeze things as well.
