How good of cardio is riding a bike around the streets for an hour or two? ive been doing it but besides my legs being soar, I feel as thou it not acomplishing that much. I want to be in very good cardio vascular shape and burn a lot of fat. I have been doing it on an empty stomach. My joints have been hurting since coming off juice so no more weight training for a while, plus my back hurts from a car accident.
 
Fuck Man you sound like me, a christmas list of injuries. lol

If your legs are sore then somthing is happening, results dont come over night.
I'd continue to lift but with lighter weights of even use machines.
