How good of cardio is riding a bike around the streets for an hour or two? ive been doing it but besides my legs being soar, I feel as thou it not acomplishing that much. I want to be in very good cardio vascular shape and burn a lot of fat. I have been doing it on an empty stomach. My joints have been hurting since coming off juice so no more weight training for a while, plus my back hurts from a car accident.
