how did the birds flu disease effect your diet, is it true that eggs are ok to take..

i eat lots of egg whites, no reason to trip if you're in the US

i have heard that the infected birds dont lay eggs ,is that true?

i live in the heart of the bird flu problem. i eat eggs, chicken, duck, etc. i even have ducks in my back yard chill'n out. if you have a strong immune system, you won't be affected. also, you'd have to somehow get the bird's blood, saliva or feces into your system to be infected. sick birds can still lay eggs.
