Bi's and Tri's 2x a week regimen

Listen to this...since my right arm is smaller than the left this is what I do.
Mon.,Tues.,Wed.,I do my right arm triceps and biceps only 2 sets just to get a pump and it looks like my right is filling in with the left a little bit.And I do Supersets. Now what I'm thinking is of doing on Tuedays is unilateral arm work like... On the left arm I do light weight and more reps so I can get it cut(mind you the right arm is cut as well as it being 1" smaller) and do heavy weight with fewer reps on the right arm and I'm doing supersets This will be for Tuesdays and do my regular arm work out on Thursdays as I usually do. Tell me what you think...
 
I think you are working your arms out too much/overtraining them. 3 days a week for the same muscle is too much IMO. You need to let them rest more. Try cutting back to just once a week for each muscle group and add weight progressivly each week. If you want to bring your right arm up to your left arm, train it a few pounds heavier than the left (2.5-5lbs per week heavier) until it catches up. But, always remember to train heavy. Training heavy with less reps will bring you to your desired level much quicker
 
yeah, there is no recovery time in there.. mon tues wed? you dont grow in the gym, you grow when you are resting and sleeping, also, when do you squat and deadlift? those are the 2 most important lifts for your arms :)
