Im 24 years old and coming towards the end of a Test P and Tren A Cycle
Cycle 14 Weeks Test P at 100mg Every Day
12 Weeks Tren A at 100mg Every Day
12-14 Sust 250mg Every Week (This was to get in system ready for cruise)
Weight is 110Kg
Ok i have read that 250mg every 7 days is a good cruise dosage would you agree? or would you increase slightly or decrease?
Diet isnt an issue, training isnt an issue im just asking what can i do on a cruise to retain or even keep building muscle.
