blended raw vs cooked

I hate eating breakfast because i have zero appetite when i wake up so mine goes into the blender raw. For me its much easier to consume that way. Consisting of 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup eggs whites, 1 banana, and 2 table spoons of all natural peanut butter. Anyways im wondering if there are any benefits to cooking all that food and eating it instead of drinking it blended? The way your body breaks it down and so on...?
