Blood and bruising

Just did my usual injection into my thigh but this time when I pulled the pin out there was a good deal of blood coming out of the spot and it looks like some localized bruising.

I aspirated the injection and only got the usual bubble. The only difference from past injections was that I used an ice pack to numb the area beforehand.

Should I worry?

no dont worry. The thighs are problamatic areas. I have more issues with thighs then any other location (glutes, delts). its most likely a little internal bleeding that is making the bruise. you probably hit a vessle on the way in.

No, you'll be fine. Sometimes it bleeds a lot and sometimes not at all. But you have a lot more going on in you thigh than you do your glute, you might have nicked a vein. I avoid thighs and only pin my glute.

For newB's.

Everybody has an opinion on the best place. For me it's what's effective, what I can get too, and what has least pain.

Just pin the GLUTE dude.
Easy as pie, no pain at all, even left handed, and even I can do it.

Delts, are supposed to also be a great place. I'm going to try this in a couple of weeks myself.

Quads maybe not for newb like you and me. I read, no pbm, no pbm, then BAM hurts like a MF, I'll never do it again. Just not for me.

There are also other places, again probably not for a newB
