im sure the guys on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) donate blood and so do you let the nurse know that your on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), or if your on cycle should you mention that, will they deny you? and will the test in the blood be bad for the person who is getting the blood. might be a stupid question but i have read different opinions and im sure people on here know for sure.

They ask what prescription medications you take, so I let them know I am on TRT. No, they will not deny you. I would not volunteer it if I were on a blast, though. No, it is not harmful for the receiver. One, if it were, they would turn away donors on TRT. Second, if you are on standard testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), you only have normal levels of testosterone in your blood, and if you are on cycle, they are removing a fraction of your blood and then "diluting" that blood inside of another body. Granted, the receiver is probably a bit low, but it takes chronically high levels of testosterone to have any profound effect on the body. One pin does not turn you into the Hulk, so one pint is not going to turn a female recipient into an East German Olympian.
